Stress Management Training

What you can expect and what options do you have:

  • 4 interactive theory sessions 2 hours each that will blend theory and practice giving your team plenty of hands on experience online

  • 2 coaching sessions for the team leader to discuss observations, ideas, and goals.

  • 1 hour coaching session per participant to help navigate their personal situation

  • We will provide any material created for the session or anything we created together that is useful.
